# 手动设置（无 POS 系统）

> 无需 POS 集成即可配置订单接收

在没有 POS 系统或使用不受支持的系统时，设置订单接收。

## 何时使用手动设置

* 没有 POS 系统
* POS 系统不受支持
* 在集成 POS 之前先试用 Maple
* 菜单操作简单

## 设置流程

## 菜单构建器

### 添加菜品

* 菜品名称和描述
* 价格和税费设置
* 分类和组织结构
* 加料选项

### 管理可用状态

* 将菜品标记为不可用
* 设置临时售罄（86）菜品
* 安排季节性菜品
* 即时更新价格

## 订单通知

订单通过以下方式发送：

* 邮件通知
* 短信提醒
* 控制台显示
* 打印机集成（可选）
