# Get your partner account

> How Maple creates your organization, and how to sign up, finish setup, and add your team.

Your partner **organization** is the account you use to manage all of your restaurants. You can't create one yourself. Maple creates it for you after your partner agreement is in place.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Sign the partner agreement">
    To become a partner, [talk to Maple](https://maple.inc/partners). Once your agreement is in place, Maple creates your
    organization.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check your email for the invite">
    Maple sends an invite email to the person you named as the organization owner. The link opens the Maple sign-up page
    with your email already filled in. If that person already has a Maple login, the link takes them to log in instead.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign up">
    Create your login at [app.maple.inc](https://app.maple.inc) from the invite link.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete organization setup">
    After you sign in, Maple walks you through organization setup, including the legal name of your organization. When it
    finishes, you can start inviting merchants.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Use the email address Maple invited. The invite is tied to that address.
</Note>

## Add teammates

Other people on your team can be added to your organization. Each teammate gets their own login and can work across every merchant and location under the organization.

To add a teammate to your organization, ask your Maple contact. Only add people who need access to all of your restaurants. For one restaurant, invite people to that location instead (see [Add a restaurant](/partners/add-restaurant)).

## What organization admins can see

When you log in, you start at the organization level and see the list of your merchants. From there you can:

* Open any merchant to see its locations.
* Switch into any location to work in its dashboard, such as the menu, agent, orders, and settings.
* Add a new merchant or a new location.

Inside a merchant or location, you have admin access. To change location, use the location switcher at the top of the sidebar. See the [dashboard overview](/dashboard-overview).

## Next step
